Introduction-ism

I’m back and better than ever! I’ve decided that I’m going to seriously start using my DA, mostly because my Facebook isn’t going anywhere and I know more people on DA anyway .

First of all, I’d like to say thanx for coming to my page and I hope u like my artwork. And I you hate my art tell me why J. Also, I am always open to new friends so please watch me *thumbs up *. Remember, leave a comment on my page, I love to talk, even if it’s just saying hi, I’d love to hear it.

Isn’t it funny how every time you want to write something you don’t know what to write or you forget what to say or you have no clue what to do. If this doesn’t happen to you, you are one of the lucky ones. That’s one thing about me that seems very obvious most of the time, I am forgetful. So bear with me there.

I really like to try new things, but if I suck at it or just think its boring, then good luck. But I always like to try. That’s one thing that my insane math teacher keeps telling us. He’s an awesome teacher though and probably one of my favorites. Although, I’ve found there are some people that just don’t like to do new things. I never really understood that. One time I went to Girlscout sleepover camp for a week (yes, I’m a scout) and there was this kid there, she was about 12 and she got extremely homesick. I kept trying to cheer her up but it was like she had made up her mind that she wanted to be miserable the whole week. There were also these to two other girls that were at camp too. I’m sure they can be very nice girls but they were so mean to her. At one point it was eating at me so much I asked them why they were doing it and they said, “Because she’s annoying”. Unfortunately, as true as that may have been, that gave them no right to be mean to her. I think the worst thing they did to her was throw stone at her cabin while she was trying to sleep. Not to mention they were screaming for no reason during rest hour. And that’s where I broke ‘cause I absolutely can’t stand it when people yell. I just can’t help but think what those two doing? Were they just having fun? Is making someone they don’t like feel bad fun to them? Or was it that they didn’t know they where hurting her as much as they were? Although one thing was I think was pretty clear about them, they were very opinionated.

What do you guys think about this? I’m just curious to know what people think.

My absolute dream job is to be a nurse. I would absolutely love to take care of people and help them get better. In English we are reading a book called Chanda’s Secrets. Because we are reading it, our teacher showed us videos about AIDS in Africa. So when I got home that day I called my boyfriend and told him that I might want to help in Africa. He shot that idea down. I know he’s only trying to protect me though.

A little while back my school had a tennis match (I’m on the team). It was varsity only so I didn’t get to play and all JV does at those matches is sit around. So my friends and I got bored so we went to the lower school’s playground. There was this group of little kids there and I wanted to talk to them more, when my friends wanted to go back to the game. So I stayed with them for a bit longer. I’ve found that little kids seem so free. Not yet plagued by responsibility. The group had made this concoction of… something made out of water, berries, apples, chicken nuggets, grass, a dead daddy long legs. They were so proud of themselves, it was so funny. It warmed my heart to see them having so much fun. When I told them I had to go back to the game, the were all really sad, so we started hugging each other to say goodbye. I can only recall a few times when people were so sad to see me leave.

What do you guys think of little kids (that sounds like something a pedo would say XD)?

Another thing that has been on my mind lately is the Emo scene. I, myself, am not emo but I absolutely love the scene. I want to get a Scene hair cut but I have no idea what to get. If anyone sees anything they think is good, I’d love seeing it . One thing I don’t quite understand though, why do people hate them? I honestly don’t think they are that different. If you don’t like emo/scene kids let me know and tell me why. I’m always open for friendly discussions. If you want to talk to me about such subjects, I’m going to ask that you tell me what you truly think and no cursing please.
